Tallinn Music Week 2025 kicks off its 17th edition on 3rd April – here’s what is set to go down.

Next week, from 3rd-6th April, scores of artists, industry professionals and passionate punters will be embarking on a journey to the east most point of the EU to be part of the sprawling cultural experience – Tallinn Music Week. Taking place around the Estonian capital, the renowned multifaceted event features a nuanced merging of music festival, conference and further artistic endeavours – from a focus on the culinary delights of the city to visual arts, music books and a range of workshops.
The conference program is bustling with segments that will drive into the core challenges that the music industry continues to face, and also explores the ways in which he can grow and progress – from sustainability in the live music sector to an exploration of how music journalism can maintain influence in an epoch discoloured by social media.
On the music front, there’s plenty to discover with a plethora of rising artists – over 200. Stretching across more than 30 countries and every genre you could image, there’s more than a little something for everyone. Noteworthy acts among the entourage include dream pop outfit Night Tapes, Estonian alternative talent Kitty Florentine, and Lisbon-to-Cape Verde enigmas Fidju Kitxora.
