CTPark Warsaw Janki is one of seven CTP warehouse developments in the Warsaw metropolitan area. The first building completed as part of the project was built as a CTFlex unit with the space divisible into smaller modules, primarily for SMEs. Depenbrock is the general contractor for the WJAN 01 building. The developer is also constructing another 22,000 sqm on the 13.07 ha plot.
We have completed the first stage of the project, receiving an occupancy permit for the WJAN 01 hall. We plan to complete the second building, the construction of which is already at an advanced stage, within this half of the year. Eventually, our complex will consist of five buildings.
