Dalaroo Metals Ltd (ASX:DAL) is mobilising for an expanded 2026 exploration campaign at its Blue Lagoon Critical Minerals Project in southern Greenland, setting up the company for its most comprehensive field program at the project to date.
The campaign will follow up Dalaroo’s maiden 2025 field season, which identified a 2.7-kilometre mineralised corridor with peak results of 4.42% zirconium dioxide, 99ppm hafnium and 0.81% total rare earth oxides.
Mobilisation is now underway to move camp infrastructure, auger drilling rigs, marine sampling equipment and initial provisions to the project area, with local logistical support and vessels provided by Xploration Services Greenland.
Field personnel, including CEO John Morgan and exploration manager Trystan Hughes, are transitioning to site ahead of camp establishment and the start of field exploration.

Onshore and offshore campaign
Dalaroo’s 2026 program will test the broader scale of the Blue Lagoon mineral system across both onshore and offshore environments.
The company plans to conduct geological and structural mapping, surface sampling, sediment characterisation, grain-size analysis, systematic auger drilling and Ground Penetrating Radar across prospective sedimentary settings.
Offshore work will include nearshore geochemical sampling, bathymetric profiling and Van Veen seabed grab sampling from local marine vessels.
The aim is to assess whether heavy mineral concentrations extend beyond the shoreline and whether natural tidal action has created zircon-rich accumulations on the seabed.
Morgan said mobilisation was a key milestone for the company’s Greenland operations.
“Moving heavy equipment, camp infrastructure, and scientific gear through these icy fjords requires meticulous planning, and our logistics partners at Xploration Services Greenland are doing a phenomenal job ensuring everything moves safely and efficiently,” he said.
“Importantly, this program is designed to build upon the encouraging results from our maiden 2025 field season, which confirmed a large-scale critical minerals system extending over at least 2.7 kilometres.”

Blue Lagoon project
Blue Lagoon is in south-west Greenland within the Gardar Alkaline Province, a geological setting recognised for critical mineral systems.
The project is hosted within the Helene alkaline granite, part of the Nunarsuit Complex, and is considered prospective for rare earth elements, zirconium and niobium.
Dalaroo recently expanded its footprint in the area through the approval of licences M-516 and M-517.
Upcoming work will include completion of camp establishment, auger drilling, offshore seabed sampling, mapping, Ground Penetrating Radar surveys, metallurgical test work and the release of drilling results.
