Steven Scott Lattea
WARSAW – A Warsaw man was recently arrested for allegedly dealing drugs to undercover officers on multiple occasions.
Steven Scott Lattea, 54, 3559 S. Palestine Lane, Warsaw, is charged with four counts of dealing in a narcotic drug, all level 2 felonies; dealing in a narcotic drug, a level 3 felony; dealing in a narcotic drug, possession of cocaine, and three counts of possession of a narcotic drug, all level 4 felonies; five counts of possession of a narcotic drug, all level 5 felonies; and possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony.
Sometime in September 2025, the NET 43 Drug Task Force conducted a controlled purchase of 0.3 grams of fentanyl, a narcotic drug, from Lattea.
Sometime in December 2025, NET 43 purchased 16.5 grams of fentanyl from Lattea.
In January 2026, NET 43 purchased 5.4 grams of a fentanyl-containing substance from Lattea.
The purchases were captured on digital surveillance.
Lattea was previously convicted of dealing in cocaine or a narcotic drug in Whitley County in 2001.
Lattea was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Feb. 2.
