LEGO Editions welcomes music artist and popstar Olivia Rodrigo, with 5 new sets inspired by Olivia Rodrigo’s discography and musical moments.

In case you didn’t know, Olivia Rodrigo is a massive music artist, known for her debut SOUR, critically-acclaimed sophomore album GUTS, and her latest album you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love which has spawned massive hits like The Cure and Drop Dead.

Olivia Rodrigo features in 4 LEGO Editions sets, and for the first time ever, an artist-themed LEGO Botanicals set. The entire LEGO Olivia Rodrigo collection drops on 1 August 2026, and pre-orders for 43031 Olivia Rodrigo’s Dual Guitar, 43029 Olivia Rodrigo’s Concert Moon and 11507 Olivia Rodrigo’s Flower Bouquet are available now.

Personally, I think the sets look great and it’s great to see LEGO Editions expand beyond Sports into Music, demonstrating that there’s more to the theme than just F1, or Football. They’re aimed at girls aged 9-14, and people into contemporary pop music, which is dead on for LEGO’s strategy of expanding its audience and reach into different passion points and interests.

GUTS is a fantastic album in its own right, and I’ve been listening to a LOT of you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love. I do admit that I’m a little too old to be considered a Livie (an Olivia Rodrigo stan), but my daughter who is 9 is a huge fan, mostly because she watches a lot of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series which Rodrigo starred in.

So I kinda became a fan through her, and it’s something I’ve really enjoyed bonding with my daughter over. Her music is pretty good and not your standard teeny bopper pop music. It has a bit of an edge to it, with punk and rock influences and for parents out there, be warned that her lyrics can get very explicit, so might not be suitable for really young kids.

Packed with easter eggs inspired by Olivia’s world, the collection lets fans relive favourite moments and build stories of their own.

Speaking about the collaboration, Olivia Rodrigo said: “I’ve always loved hiding little details and meanings in my music and videos, so working with the LEGO team to bring something that fans can actually build and explore together has been so exciting. There are so many pieces of my world inside these sets – little nods to songs, memories, outfits and moments that mean a lot to me.”

In fact, listening to you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, I have quite a bit of respect for LEGO taking a gamble on an artist like Olivia Rodrigo because the music isn’t as “family-friendly” as you might expect from The LEGO Group, but hey, we’re in a whole new era for LEGO!
