AFI Poland continues to develop the retail element of the complex. The new store with an area of 1,000 sqm will be on the ground floor of the historic Central Warehouse building.

Lidl Polska is the anchor and largest retail tenant, enhancing the comfort of everyday living and working in this location. One special advantageous feature of the store is its location – right next to the metro station, with an entrance directly from ul. Strzelecka. Due to the historic nature of the building, we will work with the tenant to ensure the store fits in with its historic location.

AFI Home Metro Szwedzka is the residential component of the Bohema – Strefa Praga mixed-use project, in Warsaw’s Praga Północ district. The project was developed on the site of the former Pollena-Uroda factory, where the historic architecture has been preserved with the complex being converted to office, residential and retail use.

AFI offers 371 PRS units within the complex, including soft-loft units in the historic buildings. Additionally, AFI Home Metro Szwedzka includes 4,900 sqm of retail and restaurant space on the ground floors and 4,200 sqm of offices.
