DSV achieved an EBIT before special items of DKK 6,255 million in the second quarter of 2026. According to a company statement, this profit growth was supported by improved performance in air and sea freight as well as contract logistics, despite challenging market conditions.

Integration of Schenker advanced

The integration of the company Schenker is proceeding as planned, according to DSV. In more than 60 countries, including Germany, either complete integrations have already been completed or are in progress. DSV expects the annual synergies from this integration to amount to DKK 9 billion, with a full effect starting in 2027.

In the second quarter of 2026, the adjusted free cash flow amounted to DKK 786 million, according to the company. This figure was influenced by a temporarily higher net working capital, which was caused by increased business activity as well as rising freight rates, sharply increasing bunker and kerosene prices, and increased receivables from the sale of Schenker’s real estate.

Based on the developments in the first half of the year and the outlook for the second half, DSV has narrowed its forecast for the entire year 2026 for EBIT before special items to DKK 23.5 to 25.5 billion. Previously, the forecast was in the range of DKK 23.0 to 25.5 billion.
