Novo Nordisk A/S is asking a federal judge to halt Eli Lilly & Co.’s advertisements for its GLP-1 drugs, escalating a legal fight against the company’s campaign for weight loss treatments.
The company said Friday it filed a motion for preliminary injunction seeking to block Lilly’s advertisements of its obesity drugs, days after filing a lawsuit accusing the company of deceptive promotions.
