Four municipal apartments in Bikiškės, Maišiagala and Nemenčinė will be offered through three online auctions in September 2026. Prospective bidders must register on 8–9 September, while the auctions will run from 14 to 16 September.

The auctions were announced by the Vilnius District Municipality Administration. The properties are listed separately from assets located in the City of Vilnius, which has its own municipal authority.

The municipality is selling the following properties:

An apartment at Bikiškės village 1-4 in Medininkai eldership, a local administrative area within Vilnius District. Auction number: 334425.
An apartment with shared-use premises at Studentų Street 11-45 in Maišiagala. Auction number: 334423.
Two apartments at A. Mickevičiaus Street 9-1 and 9-3 in Nemenčinė. Both properties are included under auction number 334427.

Bidders should use the auction numbers to identify the correct listings and check the conditions applying to each property.

Registration is available only during the specified two-day period. Participants must sign in to the evarzytynes.lt electronic auction system and register for the relevant auction.

Before starting registration, a bidder must already have paid both the participant registration fee and the required security deposit. Having an account or viewing a property listing does not constitute registration; the process must be completed during the 8–9 September window.

The municipal announcement does not state the amount of either payment. These figures, along with other property-specific participation requirements, must therefore be checked in the official conditions for the selected auction.
