Count Nikolai and Benedikte have long been darlings of the fashion world: this July, the pair attended the Giorgio Armani Privé Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2026/2027 show in Paris

‘It went incredibly well. She walked so beautifully,’ Count Nikolai said to the press following the show: ‘The clothes they presented were truly superb.’ When asked whether or not he gave her any advice before the show (Count Nikolai has also worked as a model), he reminded journalists that his girlfriend has an illustrious history at Fashion Week.
‘We talked about it a little, of course,’ he said. ‘It’s not her first time, after all. She did it a few years ago. So she has some experience. It’s great to see her on the catwalk again.’
As for Benedikte herself, she was overjoyed to have her boyfriend and her family watching her from the Front Row. ‘It was a great honour to be able to do this today,’ she told the press following her walk. ‘It always means so much when family, boyfriend and friends support you. My little sister was there, too. I really appreciate them taking the time to come.’

Lady Amelia Windsor has been touring the shows in Copenhagen, too

Count Nikolai and Benedikte are not the only regulars at Copenhagen Fashion Week. Lady Amelia Windsor, the granddaughter of the Duke of Kent with a passion for sustainable fashion, has also been seen in the Danish capital this week. The day before Benedikte’s show, Lady Amelia (once dubbed ‘the most beautiful member of the royal family’) was among the guests of honour at a party hosted by fashion brand GANNI and a dinner hosted by Birkenstock. Elsewhere on her trip to Denmark, Lady Amelia took the opportunity to visit an exhibition dedicated to Polish artist Malgorzata Mirga-Tas.
