Eli Lilly & Co. and Novo Nordisk A/S convinced a federal judge to throw out a pharmacy compounder’s antitrust suit against the companies’ blockbuster weight loss drugs, scoring a new win in one of the latest legal arguments over copycat GLP-1s.

Strive Specialties Inc. failed to prove it suffers antitrust injuries because its compounded GLP-1 medications don’t compete in the same market as branded versions, Senior Judge Micaela Alvarez of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas said in an order entered Thursday.
