WARSAW, Ind. (WNDU) – Warsaw Community Schools and Tippecanoe Valley schools welcomed students back to class Friday, Aug. 7.
Dr. Dave Hoffert, superintendent of Warsaw Community Schools, marked the occasion with a message to students.
“Hello Tigers, this is Dr. Dave Hoffert, superintendent of Warsaw Community Schools and we are so excited to welcome you back on Friday morning,” Hoffert said. “This is the 183rd year of public education inside of the Warsaw community. It’s going to be a great year, and we will see you there!”
Hoffert said the district is expanding its dual language immersion and STEM programs at the elementary, middle and high school levels. The Warsaw Area Career Center will also offer more than 25 career courses this year, covering fields including engineering and aviation.
