The opening said everything about the ambition. Tiësto walked in with ‘Echo Sax Finale’, his collaboration with Caleb Arredondo serving as the Atomium 2026 intro. From there, he moved through ‘Don’t Lose Your Head’ with Olivia Sebastianelli, a Tiësto edit of Nalin & Kane’s ‘Open Your Eyes’, and a mashup of Age Of Love, Jam & Spoon’s ‘Stella’, and Moby’s ‘Go’ that pulled three generations of dance history into one moment.
The classics kept coming. ‘Lethal Industry’ arrived early, followed by ‘Flight 643’, ‘Forever Today’, and Ferry Tayle & Tonks pres. Mirage’s ‘Remember The Future’. His Mirage rework of ‘Obsession’ with Junkie XL hit alongside newer material like ‘RVN (Raven)’ and ‘Moons Orbit’. The middle stretch balanced modern crossover picks including Cassö, RAYE & D-Block Europe’s ‘Prada’ in his own remix, KI/KI’s ‘5AM’, KETTAMA’s ‘Comes and Goes’, and a Flume rework of ‘Rushing Back’.
The peak was inevitable. ‘Adagio For Strings’ hit the Brussels crowd in full stadium mode, followed by Ratty’s ‘Sunrise (Here I Am)’ in his own remix. He closed with a Tiësto edit of Cherry Moon Trax’s ‘The House Of House’, a nod to Belgian rave history that landed exactly where it needed to.
