The countdown is on, and up on the launchpad the astronaut is getting ready for the launch of the big… shoe! That’s right, the next set featuring a buildable basketball sneaker from the Nike x LEGO collaboration has just been revealed. The display piece, titled LEGO Nike Air Force 1 x LEGO Set (43026), also includes a base with big buildable letters, a small basketball hoop with a play function, and a branded “Classic Space Astronaut” of a very different kind.
The LEGO Nike Air Force 1 x LEGO Set (43026) is a display set with 1,093 pieces and one minifigure, aimed at teens ages 12 and up. The buildable, Nike-licensed “shoe stand” will be available starting September 1, 2026 for an RRP of $99.99 / £89.99 / €99.99 at LEGO.com.
LEGO Nike Air Force 1 x LEGO Set (43026)
From a distance you might mistake it for a spaceship blasting off toward the stars with a bright plume of thrust. But it’s actually a Nike Air Force 1 rebuilt out of LEGO bricks. The classic basketball sneaker from 1982 is still produced by Nike today, and by now there are over 1,000 different color combinations. The set includes the pieces for the Nike logo in two versions, so you can choose between two design variants.
There are also two head pieces for the included minifigure, so you can choose between a female or male astronaut in the Nike “AF1” outfit. When you place the figure on the designated mount and turn the wheel on the base, the figure performs a spinning motion thanks to the built-in Technic mechanism, which is meant to simulate a 360-degree dunk.
Judging by the official images, the buildable shoe does come with printed pieces, but it doesn’t go without plenty of stickers either, which are used for example on the inside for the sole or on the outside for the “Air” lettering along the side. The ten shoelace details per shoe also appear to be stickers. The complete sneaker model is 26 cm (10.6 in) tall, 35 cm (14.1 in) wide, and 10 cm (4.1 in) deep.

LEGO x Nike Shoe Sets
The Nike Air Force 1 x LEGO Set (43026) is not the first shoe model from the collaboration between Nike and LEGO.
