This time, the starting price of the real estate has been reduced by 31.1% compared to the previous auction, or by 80,439 euros, to 178,135 euros.
The sold real estate includes an administrative building, associated engineering structures, and a land plot.
In addition, movable property is being sold with the object — 13 air conditioners. An additional price of 170 euros has been set for them.
The electronic auction will start on Tuesday, August 25, at 13:00 and will end on September 24 at 13:00.
At the previous auction, which ended in mid-May, the starting price of this property was 258,539 euros.
As previously reported, the turnover of the LDz group last year amounted to 233.738 million euros, which is 11.3% less than in 2023. At the same time, the group’s losses increased several times and reached 39.438 million euros.
