The new 6,130-piece LEGO Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series set recreates Darth Vader’s iconic flagship and measures an enormous 136cm long.
Star Wars fans are about to have a serious new centrepiece to add to their collections. The LEGO Group has unveiled the LEGO Star Wars Executor Super Star Destroyer (75457), a huge new Ultimate Collector Series model inspired by Darth Vader’s flagship from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back.
Measuring more than 136cm long, the new set is officially the longest LEGO Star Wars brick-built model to date, making it one of the most ambitious builds yet for adult fans of the galaxy far, far away.
A huge new LEGO Star Wars display piece
The LEGO Star Wars Executor Super Star Destroyer contains 6,130 pieces and has been designed as a detailed display model for builders aged 18 and over.
The imposing ship recreates the distinctive razor-sharp silhouette of Darth Vader’s personal flagship, with the design team using a LEGO System core and slender LEGO Technic outriggers to provide the structure needed to support its enormous length.
The finished model measures over 136cm long, 50cm wide and 20cm high, while weighing more than 5kg.
Fans can display the completed Executor on its built-in stand alongside a to-scale companion Star Destroyer, giving an even greater sense of just how enormous Vader’s flagship is. There is also a tiny Millennium Falcon included on a 1×1 round tile – a fun detail highlighting the enormous difference in scale.

Packed with intricate details
LEGO has gone all-in on the detailing of the Executor, with dense central greebling contrasting against the sleek panels running along the sides of the ship.
One of the more unusual design elements is a newly decorated tile graphic used 60 times throughout the model to recreate the tiny hull lights and intricate central detailing. The tiles can be positioned in different orientations and overlapped to create a more organic pattern of lights across the ship.
The construction also uses controlled changes in building orientation, allowing different surfaces of the LEGO elements to be exposed and creating additional detail across the central spine and underside of the ship.
All six bounty hunters in one LEGO set
Perhaps one of the biggest attractions for collectors is the minifigure line-up.
The set includes seven minifigures in total, with Darth Vader joined by all six bounty hunters sent to track down the Millennium Falcon.
For the first time in a single LEGO set, fans will get:
Boba Fett
Dengar
Bossk
IG-88
4-LOM
Zuckuss
Dengar features a refreshed backpack build, while IG-88 gets a brand-new moulded head.
The set also includes a detailed minifigure-scale recreation of the Executor’s bridge, allowing fans to recreate the iconic scene where Vader meets with the bounty hunters.
When is the LEGO Star Wars Executor Super Star Destroyer released?

The enormous build can also be paired with the LEGO Builder app, giving fans a digital building experience alongside the physical instructions.
The app allows builders to track their progress, save sets and zoom in or rotate the model in 3D while working through the construction.
