Australian middle-distance track star Cam Myers has continued his strong form, beating a quality 1500m field in Germany.
The Glasgow Commonwealth Games mile silver medallist won at Berlin’s annual ISTAF one-day event.
Myers’ next event will be the September 4-5 Diamond League final in Brussels.
The 20-year-old clocked three minutes 30.96 seconds to beat top German Robert Farken, who posted 3:31.73 for second. Kenyan Danson Kiplangat was third and fellow Australian Olli Hoare took ninth in the 13-runner field.

Oliver Hoare was in the mix with 200m to go and finished 9th in 3:35.96

The win came three days after Myers took third in the 3000m at the Zurich Welklasse event.
Myers is the two-time defending Australian champion in the 1500. His mile duel with Scottish world record holder Josh Kerr was one of the most-anticipated events at the Glasgow Games.
Kerr easily won, but it was the Australian’s first senior medal at a major international championship.
Myers also won the 1500m at this year’s Prefontaine Classic in Oregon, while his season-best was a 3:28.00 to win a promotional event in Paris.
