The second stage, at ul. Anny German and ul. Zygmunta Krasińskiego, will comprise 66 apartments ranging from 38 sqm to 127 sqm. The remaining units include two-bedroom apartments of 38–49 sqm, three-bedroom apartments of 58–68 sqm and a small number of five-bedroom apartments of 115–125 sqm.
There are still around a dozen apartments available, with a range of sizes and layouts.

Construction is due to be completed in Q4 2026, with the occupancy permit and handovers to follow. AMConstruction is the general contractor. The project was designed by Latergrupa Architekci.
The building will have a two-level underground car park with storage units and a bicycle room, as well as two retail units. The project will also feature solar panels and a rainwater retention system. All the apartments will have balconies, terraces or private gardens.
The second stage will be the third building in the Sady Żoliborz development.
