We haven’t seen much of Sandra Hüller since her impressive 2024 awards season run, but she returned to the spotlight for the Rose photocall and premiere during the Berlin Film Festival, with both looks courtesy of Chanel.

Photocall

At first glance, this Chanel Pre-Fall 2026 textured wool checked jacket feels as though it could have been pulled from the archives, such is the sense of heritage woven into the design, right down to the logo-stamped buttons. The cropped proportions keep it from feeling too traditional, giving the look a modern slant.

I am slightly undecided about the black-and-white Chanel pumps, but their graphic finish adds an unpredictable contrast.

Premiere

We have another pair of two-tone Chanel shoes, and while they may divide opinion, I understand the reasoning. Sandra has always injected personality into her red carpet choices, and even though this black Chanel Spring 2026 embroidered knotted tweed coat features a feather-like hem, defaulting to plain black pumps would have flattened the look. I am convinced classic black shoes would have dulled the impact, especially with the tights, whereas the contrasting pair keeps the styling sharp.

Chanel High Jewelry completed her look.
