Introducing the 2026 LEGO House exclusive, 40507 I ❤️ Billund! Yes, that is a heart emoji in the official set name, and this delightful model is an incredible tribute to Billund, the small Danish town that birthed The LEGO Group.
In case you’re wondering, the model designers referred to the set name as “I Love Billund”.
This 1,404-piece LEGO Architecture-esque model captures the heart, history and key LEGO landmarks of Billund, and is one of the coolest souvenirs that you can bring home with you and build as a memento of your visit to Billund.
40507 I ❤️ Billund will go on sale on 1 March 2026 for 749 DKK (approx US$115/AU$170), and will only be available exclusively from the LEGO Store at the LEGO House in Billund, Denmark or the Legoland Billund Store, which is a first for LEGO House exclusives.

The model was designed by Maria Jędryszek, based on a sketch model by Stuart Harris. In case you don’t know, Stuart recently moved on from his post as Master Builder at The LEGO House for another role within The LEGO Group, so this is one of the last models that he’s had his hands on, which is quite special if you’ve ever had the opportunity to meet him!

40507 I ❤️ Billund lets you build some of Billund’s most memorable LEGO landmarks, in four modular sections: The LEGO House, LEGO Campus (LEGO’s global HQ), Legoland Billund, and Ole Kirk’s House, and LEGO System House.

There are also plenty of interesting details and Easter Eggs hidden within that will surely delight LEGO fans that have had the privilege of visiting Billund.

My favourite part of the model has to be the iconic Billund road sign, and a Baby Minifigure that’s meant to represent the massive LEGO Minifigure outside of LEGO Campus. For the first time ever, the Baby has printed pants!

As an added bonus, The LEGO House will also be releasing an exclusive limited edition Art Print, which contains graphical elements of the model. This art print will only be available from the LEGO House.

But wait, that’s not all! To celebrate the launch of I ❤️ Billund, LEGO House is also introducing a new LEGO House passport cover! It features a gold design with a bird’s eye view of The LEGO House, and is designed to hold a LEGO Passport.
It will be available at the LEGO House exclusive launch events, and after that, to visitors of the LEGO House who show their Experience Zone wristbands, while stocks last.
I ❤️ Billund Launch Events
To mark the launch of the 2026 LEGO House Exclusive Set, I ❤️ Billund, LEGO House will host a series of launch events and designer signing sessions in Billund. The set will be introduced during two after-hours launch events at LEGO House on 27 and 28 February 2026, where invited guests will receive an early presentation of the 2026 LEGO House Exclusive Product.
Guests unable to attend the launch events will also have the opportunity to meet the designers behind the set during dedicated designer signing sessions in LEGO Square taking place at 15:00 to 16:30 CET, on 6, 13, and 20 March 2026. No ticket is required to attend the signing sessions.
40507 I ❤️ Billund joins six previous LEGO House exclusives, including 40501 The Wooden Duck, 40502 The Brick Moulding Machine (retired), 40503 Dagny Holm Master Builder, 40504 A Minifigure Tribute, 40505 LEGO Building Systems and last year’s 40506 LEGO Fabuland Tribute.
I think like the Wooden Duck, this set truly encapsulates all that’s great with Billund, and is a fantastic souvenir for visitors to the birthplace of LEGO.
I got to see the set early at Fan Media Days 2025 where we got an inside look at how this set came about, including an amazing presentation by model designer Maria, and Master Builder Stuart Harris, as well as a great presentation of the history of Billund by Corporate Historian Signe Wiese.
Stay tuned for a review of this set closer to the launch date!
40507 I ❤️ Billund will be released on 1 March 2026, where it will be available exclusively from the LEGO House, or Legoland Billund. Hopefully there’s a Billund trip in the not too distant future for you to be able to pick it up!
