Nordecon AS and the Tallinn Property Department have signed a contract for the construction of a new school building for Helen’s School, which serves children with special needs, in the Põhja‑Tallinn district. The total contract value is 12.6 million euros, plus VAT. The new school building will be completed in the autumn of 2027.
