DUPLIN COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) – Two men are accused of stealing air conditioner parts from a Warsaw business.
Duplin County deputies were called to Warsaw Heating and Air in Warsaw back on August 8th.
On Thursday, deputies found one of the cars caught on the business’s surveillance camera on Bennett’s Bridge Road in the Mount Olive area. They then discovered a man deconstructing air conditioning parts and searched the home.
Deputies charged Michael Foss, 36, of Warsaw, with felony larceny. Nathan Cotton, 52, of Mount Olive, faces four charges:
Felony possession of a firearm by convicted felonFelony possession of methamphetamineSimple possession of marijuanaPossession of drug paraphernalia
Foss and Cotton are being held at the Duplin County Jail. Foss was given a $20,000 secured bond, and Cotton a $40,000 secured bond.
