BENTON COUNTY, Mo. — A 28-year-old pedestrian from Warsaw, Missouri has died after being struck in a fatal crash late Friday night.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) crash report, a 2011 Ford Fusion was driving east on Route BB east of Fir Drive at around 11:41 a.m. when it hit a man who was in the roadway.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene by the Benton County Coroner.

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office assisted MSHP in the investigation.

This is the seventh fatal crash in MSHP Troop A in 2026.
