BENTON COUNTY — A Warsaw man pleaded not guilty to a child molestation charge during his initial court appearance in Benton County Monday morning.
In a probable cause statement Derrell W. Green is accused of regularly restraining, drugging and sexually assaulting the victim from 2018 to 2024.
A hearing to discuss his $75,000 surety bond will be 9 a.m. March 3.
