For Who?

This BIP is specifically designed to support and foster collaboration between ATHENA alliance students and the ATHENA Student Board, in particular. It focuses on the development and sustainability of student organisations such as Students’ Representation, Student Council, ESN, Volunteer organisations, and similar groups.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore student organisation models from ATHENA partner universities and gain valuable insights from experts in organisational management and social networks.

Target group:  members of the ATHENA Student Board, Students’ Representation, ESN ATHENA, Buddy groups, etc.

Virtual session: 13 October 2025
Onsite week at VILNIUS TECH: 20-24 October 2025

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Credits: 3 ECTS in “Organisational Behaviour and Leadership“

Attendance in both the virtual and onsite sessions is mandatory
Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation (registered participants will receive useful links and recommendations)
