In March, application days for lifeguards will be offered at various swimming pools in Berlin. The prerequisite for the job is a silver lifeguard badge that is no more than two years old. The swimming pool operators offer training and testing for this in a straightforward and free of charge manner: “Come by, introduce yourself, get started.” The swimming pools are also looking for trainees for the regular apprenticeship programme to become a specialist employee for swimming pool operations.
