Not far from Warsaw, there is a house whose interior deliberately distances itself from the hustle and bustle of the city and creates a peaceful base for its residents. The design was prepared by Tatsiana Miatnikava from the TADE HOME studio. The architect focused on making the 135 square metres of space a natural extension of the surrounding landscape. A place where materials, light and colour harmonise with the greenery outside the windows.
The colour palette of the house grows out of what can be seen outside the windows: the green of the garden, the warm light of the afternoon, the depth of dark wood. The colours are saturated but not garish. Their strength comes from the materials, their texture and the way they react to light. Veneer with a distinct pattern, stone with a natural structure and complex shades of green create the impression of an interior that lives and changes throughout the day.
Art plays an important role here. Sculptures and paintings do not dominate the space, but enhance its mood, emphasising the density and warmth of the composition. Instead of contrasts, there is a sense of cohesion. The design focuses on harmony, which gives the impression of being immersed in material and colour.
Space to live
The house was designed with the family in mind, which is why functionality became one of the key assumptions. The common areas flow smoothly into one another, encouraging socialising. The private area remains intimate, allowing the household members to relax and unwind.

The focal point of the living room is the MAXXO sofa by nobonobo, which creates a soft, comfortable base for spending time together. It is accompanied by the Ronin armchair by Noti, designed by Piotr Kuchciński – its organic form fits well with the natural character of the interior. In the dining room, the Zenith table by Ramaro, combined with LUV chairs by Górna Półka designed by Zuzanna Muszalska, attracts attention.
Private area
The bedroom is dominated by the Luna bed by Rafek Meble, with a calm, soft aesthetic that promotes rest. The study features the Organik sofa by the same brand – its shape and materials enhance the impression of a natural and friendly space.
The TADE HOME design creates a place that does not pretend, does not decorate for the sake of it and does not seek to impress. Its strength lies in consistency: in materials with a distinctive texture, in colours taken from the surroundings, in the harmony between function and mood. It is a home that not only stands close to nature, but in a sense continues it, bringing its peace and organic nature inside.
