Stockholm, 2026-03-17 – Sertion continues its expansive growth journey and is now completing a new acquisition in Denmark. Through the acquisition of Skanda A/S, the Group surpasses SEK 3 billion in revenue and takes another step in its development as a leading international infrastructure and installation group within complex HVAC, technical infrastructure, and industrial piping.

Skanda A/S is a Danish industrial company with specialist expertise in tank facilities, process piping, and industrial installations. The company delivers turnkey contracts ranging from engineering and design to installation, commissioning, and service, including operations and maintenance.
