LEGO has officially unveiled 11371 Shopping Street, giving fans a long-awaited look at the 2026 Modular Building!
This 3,456-piece model is the next in line for LEGO’s esteemed Modular Building Collection, and features two buildings, a music shop and a furniture shop, connected via a central alleyway, giving it a really unique footprint compared to other Modulars.
11371 Shopping Street will be released on 1 January 2026 exclusively from LEGO.com or your local LEGO Store via LEGO Insiders Early Access, ahead of a 4 January 2026 general release.
See below for international pricing and product pages:

For January 2026, the 40913 Vintage Parade Car GWP will be available from 1-11 January 2026 when you spend US$200 / AU$325 / £180 / €200 / CAD$260 or more on LEGO.com or your local LEGO Store. It won’t be locked to purchases of 11371 Shopping Street

What makes 11371 Shopping Street truly unique is its layout. Model designer Đặng Hoàng has utilised some really clever geometry to create this very unorthodox layout, squeezed into a 32×32 baseplate.

One of the signature features of the Shopping Street compared to previous modulars is this alleyway between the Music Shop and Furniture Store, creating space for minifigures to walk through and introducing a very dense, urban feature to the Modular Building collection.

The set comes with 7 minifigures with plenty of stories to tell. There are twins who are visiting the Music Shop to pick up some instruments for their marching band. If you look closely at their hats, you’ll notice that the Billund Crest is featured on them as well, which is a lovely homage to the Danish town that birthed The LEGO Group.

The buildings have an unorthodox colour scheme as well. The 3-storey Music Shop has a Dark Blue, White and Sand Green colour scheme which is a bit of a callback to the Green Grocer, as well as a distinct European architectural influence.

Speaking of the Green Grocer… there are some really awesome recolours in the set. Yes, that is a sand green modified 1×2 brick with a channel, an element that LEGO has not produced in a very long time (and is very expensive) as well as a sand green 1×8, and a 1×10 brick as well.
Bricklinking a Green Grocer just got a lot easier and cheaper…

And here’s how it looks alongside the Tudor Corner and 10326 Natural History Museum
Here’s a look at the interiors.

11371 Shopping Street is likely going to be a pretty divisive model thanks to its unusual silhouette and shape. I also think it also has the difficult task of following on from the 2025 Tudor Corner, what many would consider a masterpiece in the Modular Building Collection.
I also think that the price increase is going to be tough to stomach for LEGO fans, especially as its US$20 / AU$50 / £30 more expensive than the Tudor Corner, with not much else to show for it. I guess these are inflationary times we live in…
