The visit was part of the third educational-exchange module titled “Stimulating Innovation to Overcome the Societal Consequences of Russia’s War of Aggression against Ukraine in EU Countries,” implemented with the support of the European Social Fund.

The participants were greeted with a heartfelt performance by the children’s choir “Dream.” Guests also became acquainted with the photo exhibition “Lost Childhood,” which presents the stories of children who were returned to Ukraine after being abducted or forcibly detained by Russia.

The exhibition was created within the Bring Kids Back UA initiative with the participation of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and aims to draw attention to the problem of the deportation of Ukrainian children and the need for their return and reintegration.

During the visit, guests learned about the Ukrainian Center’s activities through a presentation that covered the key areas of work, major achievements, and impact on the local community. Participants learned more about implemented projects, initiatives supporting Ukrainians, and the development of partnerships.

The closing part was an informal meeting during which representatives of Ukrainian organizations, initiatives, funds and businesses from different regions of Lithuania exchanged experiences, established new contacts, and discussed opportunities for further cooperation.

In summary, this visit underscored the active collaboration between the Ukrainian Center and European partners in supporting Ukrainians in Lithuania.
