Vestas Wind Systems VWS 2.00%increase; green up pointing triangle backed its full-year guidance though its quarterly order intake tumbled due to policy uncertainty.
The Danish wind-turbine maker said order intake in the second quarter fell 44% to around 2 gigawatts as customers awaited clarity over future wind-energy policy. This was particularly evident in the U.S., Vestas said.
