Under the leadership of Max-Hervé George, SWI Group’s parent company begins trading as “SWICH,” establishing a listed holding structure within European public markets.
SWI Capital Holding Ltd has completed its initial public offering on Euronext Amsterdam, with shares trading under the ticker symbol “SWICH.” The IPO establishes a publicly traded holding company above SWI Group, bringing the platform into European capital markets under a consolidated and regulated structure.
As of 31 December 2025, SWI Capital Holding reported a pro forma balance sheet of approximately €3.2 billion, underscoring the financial scale underpinning the Group’s transition to public markets. Across the broader platform, SWI Group manages approximately €11 billion in assets and operates through 26 offices in 18 countries, reflecting an international footprint built across Europe, the United States and the Middle East before its market debut.
The move places SWI Capital Holding among a growing cohort of alternative investment platforms adopting permanent capital vehicles to support diversified, multi-asset strategies. For SWI Group, the IPO formalises a structure designed to centralise governance, capital allocation and reporting at the parent level while preserving operational autonomy across its investment verticals.
Founded and led by Max-Hervé George, SWI Group has evolved into a cross-border investment conglomerate spanning digital infrastructure, real estate, financial services and sports and entertainment. Max-Hervé George, CEO of SWI Capital Holding and founder and chief executive of SWI Group, has overseen the integration of the Group’s operating businesses within a single listed entity. He said the IPO provides “a clear and scalable framework to support our next phase of growth.”
SWI Group’s real estate platform is anchored by Stoneweg, led by Jaume Sabater, which manages more than 300 assets across Europe. In digital infrastructure, AiOnX focuses on the development and operation of data centre assets across the investment lifecycle, while Icona Capital maintains exposure to financial institutions, asset managers and alternative credit strategies.
To coincide with the IPO, SWI Capital Holding appointed Arnaud de Puyfontaine as Non-Executive Chairman, strengthening governance at the board level. With trading now underway in Amsterdam, SWI Capital Holding positions SWI Group within a regulated public market framework as it continues expanding its cross-border investment activities.
