BERLIN, Vt. (ABC22/FOX44) – An 18-year-old is behind bars after police say he shot at multiple people in an apartment complex in Berlin.
According to Berlin Police, on Tuesday they first heard about vehicles damaged with a BB or pellet gun, as well as people being shot at, in the parking lot of the Chestnut Place, a senior community.
After questioning residents of the adjacent Fox Run Apartments, they arrested the teen as a suspect.

The suspect’s name was not released.
He is facing charges including aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and unlawful mischief, and was held on bail. He was cited to appear in court earlier Thursday afternoon.
