WINDBER, Pa. – The first five innings of Wednesday’s 10-1 victory over Windber at Windber Sports Complex were fairly stressful for Berlin Brothersvalley junior pitcher Elena Ritchey.
As Ritchey held Windber to two hits and a run while fanning nine in the complete-game win, the Ramblers left five runners on base, with a pair getting stranded in each of the fourth and fifth frames.
