WEST STOCKHOLM — Firefighters from several departments responded to a trailer fire Saturday afternoon on County Route 47.
West Stockholm Fire, Tri-Town Rescue and County Car 10 were dispatched at 2:36 p.m. April 25, according to Potsdam Fire.
Upon arrival, the incident commander requested mutual aid from Brasher-Winthrop, Potsdam, Norwood and Norfolk fire departments, the department said.
Potsdam Fire responded with Rescue 14 and personnel.
Crews stretched multiple hose lines to the residence and began an aggressive interior attack. Ladders were positioned to allow ventilation as firefighters worked to contain the blaze.
After the fire was knocked down, crews conducted extensive overhaul operations inside the structure, fire officials said.
Potsdam Fire returned to service at 5:21 p.m.
