
We already got the official presentation of 42236 Custom Garage Ford Mustang GT Car in late April, but now the LEGO Group have revealed a further four sets as part of LEGO Technics August 2026 lineup. All of these are available from the 1st of August 2026 alongside 42238 Ducati Desmo 450 MX Factory Motorcycle, which we’re still awaiting official images of. Once again, the wave heavily focuses on brick-built vehicles and even includes a brand new collectable LEGO series.
42233 Mighty Machines
The new collectable LEGO series in question is 42233 Mighty Machines. The first series of Mighty Machines comes in blind boxes similar to the LEGO Minifigures theme but at a slighlty more expensive price of $4.99 / €4.99 / £4.49. A total of eight different construction site vehicles are available to collect, including a road roller, wheel loader, dump truck, cement truck, wrecking ball crane, mobile crane, bulldozer and an excavator.

42234 Dodge Viper GTS-R Sports Car
At a much larger scale, we now have two sports cars retailing for $64.99 / €64.99 / £59.99. The first of which is 42234 Dodge Viper GTS-R Sports Car, which includes a total of 805 pieces to recreate the Dodge-branded vehicle in a vibrant white colour scheme. Blue racing stripes can also be found on the LEGO Technic model, which also features a long hood, wide wheel arches, and a large rear spoiler.

42235 Ferrari 488 PISTA Car
And to go alongside the Dodge Viper GTS-R, we have the beautiful 42235 Ferrari 488 PISTA Car. The 9+ model has the same retail price but a few more pieces at 882 to assemble the vehicle in a classic Ferrari red colour scheme, along with even more racing lines and details. 42235 even includes a way to unlock a special LEGO Technic livery in the Forza Horizon 6 video game using the instructions provided inside the box.

42239 Batmobile Tumbler
Last but not least, we actually have a LEGO DC Technic model with the latest LEGO Technic Tumbler. 42239 Batmobile Tumbler launches on the 1st of August 2026, retailing for $189.99 / €189.99 / £169.99 with 719 pieces included. Based on the Dark Knight Trilogy, the vehicle is powered by the CONTROL+ app, allowing builders to operate the Tumbler’s steering, control the lights and take crime in Gotham City in brick-built LEGO form.

The LEGO Technic August 2026 wave officially releases on the 1st of August 2026, but what do you think?
