The company said on X: “Please check-in as normal. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.”
It comes after the 7.31 Eurostar train from St Pancras to Paris Gare du Nord was cancelled after engineering works on the line overran.
It is hoped this cancellation will preserve the rest of the timetable for today, with no further delays yet reported.
There are also delays of about 15 minutes when using LeShuttle in Folkestone due to queues at border control.
However, drivers will be pleased to hear Operation Brock on the M20 was removed overnight.
The loathed contraflow system forced drivers to follow a 50mph limit and weave through narrow lanes between Junction 8 for Leeds Castle and Junction 9 for Ashford since last Monday.
