As is tradition, the pennant chains in the northern part of the street will be renewed—a symbol of neighborhood solidarity.

Starting at 1:00 PM, there will be live music, a children’s program, a flea market, a raffle, and food and drink—the festival is free and organized by volunteers.

This year, the festival kicks off with a Tai Chi demonstration and a neighborhood workout session for everyone to join in.

Starting at 2:00 p.m., there will be live music on the main stage featuring Radio Italia, Blendend, Hiddit, AllesVonUns, and the Bolschewistische Kurkapelle. Additionally, other acts and performances such as Orchestre Miniature in the Park, the Oxytocin Choir, Take me to the Lake, and Minka will take the streets by storm. DJ Jeremy Black (Tegel Boys) will close out the musical program with house, acid, and psych pop.

The program is complemented by a wide range of culinary offerings from food trucks, bars, and local restaurants, as well as a diverse children’s program, the popular neighborhood flea market, and a raffle.

The street festival on Choriner Straße has been an integral part of neighborhood life in Prenzlauer Berg for many years and offers a space for socializing, culture, and community.

Admission is free, and the event is funded through voluntary contributions, on-site sales, donations, and support from local businesses.
