PFL Brussels went down yesterday (Sat., May 23, 2026) inside ING Arena in Brussels, Belgium which saw several early finishes and a bizzare ending to a fight the likes of which we’ve rarely seen.

In the main event of the evening, Patrick Habirira made quick work of former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Lightweight champion, Benson Henderson, knocking him out in the first 20 seconds of the fight. In the process he improves to 9-0 and elevates his knockout win streak to seven in a row. For Henderson, it’s his second straight defeat.

In one of the most bizarre endings to a fight in recent memory, longtime veteran Joe Schilling took it upon himself to put an end to his fight against Donegi Abena after narrowly escaping a headbutt. A littlve over 3 0seconds into the fight, Abena was in top position when he suddenly threw a headbutt that Schilling evaded. Rightfully upset, Schilling got up as referee Mike Beltran paused the action to take a point away from Abena.

Upon attempting to restart the fight, Schilling was once again upset after they were put in the same position prior to the headbutt being thrown. The former kickboxer was non-too please and abruptly decided he had enough, calling for his corner to stop the fight, which it eventually was.
