As part of this team, you will be a trusted advisor and a valued partner to the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer and supplier agreements.

Working in M&A transactions in close collaboration with our Corporate Development Team leading the legal and trade compliance due diligence, reviewing and negotiating transaction related agreements, assessing issues relating to technology transfer, competition law, antitrust law and FDI regulations as well as other regulatory filings across jurisdictions.

Supporting the integration of acquired companies with a focus on commercial agreements.

Driving and coordinating key legal and compliance initiatives and processes.

Advising the business on various legal and compliance issues.

Supporting knowledge sharing and training, including planning and delivering internal training sessions.

Participating in the evaluation and implementation of legal tech and AI solutions to support the legal function and the business.

About you

To succeed in this role, you are a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working close to the business in an international environment. Your approach is open, collaborative, and unpretentious, creating trust and enabling effective teamwork. You are a pragmatic and solution-oriented person, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and sound judgment are key. With strong interpersonal skills and a genuine willingness to support the business, you build positive relationships and contribute meaningfully to both people and performance.

In addition, you have:

Swedish Master of Laws degree (Jur.kand./LL.M.).

Approximately 5–7 years of professional experience, gained at a leading law firm and/or in-house, preferably within Corporate, M&A and/or Commercial law.

Solid and documented experience of commercial contracts and business-oriented legal work.
