NID is a state cultural institution responsible for the protection and promotion of Poland’s cultural heritage. Colliers advised the institute on the lease, while Reesco fitted out its new headquarters.

The new headquarters provides the conditions for the Institute to continue developing and fulfilling its mission. HOP offers space that meets the needs of our team, while its central Warsaw location makes it easily accessible to both employees and people working with NID. It is also important to us that we operate in a building with distinctive architecture that has been given a contemporary reinterpretation.
Michał Krasucki, acting director of the National Heritage Board of Poland

HOP offers more than 14,000 sqm of leasable space. The modernisation included around 1,000 sqm of coworking and conference space on the ground floor, while a public green square of around 600 sqm was created in front of the building. The property also has cycling facilities and electric vehicle charging points.

Other tenants include the Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection (GIOŚ), Aplikacje Krytyczne, YOPE, BNP Paribas Bank Polska, ERM Polska, Evergreen and Żabka. Syrena Real Estate also has its headquarters in the building, while LUPO Pasta Fresca operates a restaurant on the ground floor.
