Hall B, with more than 32,500 sqm of space, was completed at the end of 2025. Work on Hall A began in January 2026. Difficult ground conditions meant that piles were needed to support the building. More than 381 tonnes of steel, 125 columns, 361 prefabricated elements and over 1,100 cubic metres of concrete were used.
Hall A has automated storage racks and a four-level storage mezzanine. Its roof is designed to accommodate solar panels. The building also has smart building management systems, remote meter reading, a fire alarm and an automated number plate recognition system.
The ground conditions at Hall A were challenging, so we had to come up with specific structural solutions. The building has now passed its technical inspection and is ready for use.

The complex has 229 parking spaces and 76 truck bays, including 73 loading docks. It also has two bicycle shelters. More than 26,900 sqm of the site is green space. The project used recycled aggregate and FSC- and PEFC-certified timber.
Both Hall A and Hall B meet the requirements for BREEAM Excellent certification. Since 2021, Harden Construction has constructed more than 1.1 mln sqm of industrial space.
