Rounding out the trio of US$30 Batmobiles in 2026, we have 76333 Batman & Robin Batmobile, with LEGO taking us back almost three decades to 1997’s Batman & Robin, with a funky and bold Batmobile design ripped straight off the silver screen.

76333 Batman & Robin Batmobile was released on 1 March 2026, and is available now from LEGO.com, or retailers like Amazon Australia.

In stark contrast to the hyper-realism of the Batman v Superman and The Batman models, this version is unashamedly comicbook-y and Bat-inspired. Let’s take a look at a time when Batman was less brooding and more campy, and see if that same spirit is captured in LEGO brick form.

Unboxing

The box has the same art style as the other Batmobiles in the lineup, showing off the model and the minifigure. Around the back, there’s the in-game tie-in for the upcoming LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight game where you can unlock a gold variant of the Batmobile.

Inside are three numbered paper bags, an instruction manual, and a sticker sheet.

The sticker sheet is the largest of the three sets, and there are a couple smaller stickers which were a bit fiddly to apply.

Build Process

Bag 1 includes the minifigure and builds the base of the car. It’s pretty colourful but that gets covered up along the way.

Bag 2 adds more of the sweeping curves to the exterior design.

Finally, bag 3 adds the finishing touches to the rear plus the wheels, completing the model.

Minifigures

The Batman minifigure included looks great, thanks in no small part to the printing on the sides of his dual-moulded cowl which is definitely a first from what I’ve seen! The rest of the figure looks good too, with matching metallic printing across the torso and legs, along with a stern double-sided face.

Completed Model

The completed Batmobile measures around 24cm (9.5″) long, making it the longest of the three thanks to the two large wings sticking out the rear. It has very different proportions though, most notably lacking a windscreen piece altogether. Instead, the section in front of the driver’s seat uses a mudguard piece attached sideways which is pretty ingenious.

The front has a pretty striking design with three metallic silver horns, although a lot of the details like the bat logo and the front lights are reliant on stickers.

The rear has a similarly unique design, with more silver details staggered at 1/2-stud intervals to represent the rear thrusters.

The car has gorgeous sweeping curves across the body, but many of the key details like the red lights along the sides and the bat logos on the wheels are represented with sticker detail.

This 8-stud-long panel on the bonnet can be detached. Doing so reveals the gold printed 2×2 round tile commemorating the 20th Anniversary of LEGO Batman, along with a gap to the floor which is a strange design choice. It doesn’t work as a storage space since there’s no base, and the Batman minifigure doesn’t even come with any accessories.

Without a windscreen, it’s super easy to access the interior – which has a steering wheel, two stickered 1×3 tiles with controls, and a stickered Batman logo behind the seat.

Batman fits in the driver’s seat comfortably, although he sticks out the top to an un-aerodynamic degree.

Here’s how he looks from the front – I’m not sure I’m a huge fan of this design, but at least the gorgeous printed cowl is clearly visible.

Comparison

This Batmobile is the longest of the three thanks to the large Bat wings, but it’s also the narrowest. It feels in between the other two in terms of heft and weight, which reflects its middle-of-the-road piece count.

Regardless of which one is your favourite, they all look good side-by-side especially given how different their respective design languages are.

Final Thoughts

76333 Batman & Robin Batmobile is probably my least favourite of the three Batmobile sets, but that’s mostly down to the design of the source material than the actual set itself.

It’s still well-designed, the included minifigure is stellar, and the size is reasonable for the price point, although there is a stronger reliance on stickers and some odd design choices like the unnecessary detachable bonnet.

Build

The model is nicely designed overall, if a little too reliant on stickers for its key details.

Minifigures

The minifigure is gorgeous, especially with the metallic silver prints.

Real Value

The final model is reasonably sized but not huge for $30.

Innovation

Generally a fairly detailed model with some lovely shaping, but nothing extremely out-of-the-box in terms of build techniques.

Keepability

It’s unlikely we’ll get another LEGO variant of this Batmobile anytime soon, and it’s a pretty good rendition.
