Berlin police are looking for the owners of three dogs they said were thrown out of an SUV.The dogs were abandoned on Eighth Street by someone in a dark-colored SUV around midnight Monday, police said. One of the dogs had a bark collar and what looked like a tracking collar on its neck.The police department is now asking people who live in the area to check their security cameras and report anything suspicious by calling 603-752-3131.
