A new era for travel networking. Lufthansa City Center’s June 2026 summit in Vilnius ditches traditional presentations for hands-on workshops, AI solutions, and startup connections.

Fast emerging tech and innovation centre, Vilnius

Over a hundred participants from around the globe expected to discuss future topics ranging from AI to next-gen travel in Vilnius in June. Lufthansa City Center International (LCCI) is introducing a new event concept with the launch of the LCC Summit 2026, taking place 7–9 June 2026 at the Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva in the Lithuanian capital. The new format promises a highly interactive, operationally focused format designed to drive tangible results for the global LCC travel agency network.

The event will also see 30 innovative travel tech, AI and travel suppliers.

Rather than relying on conventional presentations, the summit introduces an innovative structure combining barcamps, focused workshops, speed-networking and live solution testing.

Organisers say the idea is for delegates to leave with hands-on solutions they can immediately apply in their daily operations. AI, Technology, Next Gen and leadership are the core topics of two meeting days. A dedicated Start-Up stage is planned to connect global LCC travel agency entrepreneurs with innovative local solutions developed in Vilnius and the region.

The Lithuanian capital has rapidly emerged as one of Europe’s most dynamic ecosystems for innovation, start-ups and technology talent, offering an inspiring environment for forward-thinking industry discussions.

Beyond the conference sessions, participants will also experience curated networking events, including two dinners and a destination tour celebrating the city’s culture.

“This is not about listening — it’s about creating. The new format focuses on practical operational exchange, technology and AI solutions, and supplier innovations,” said Heiko Brix managing director of Lufthansa City Center International. “Vilnius as a hub for innovation was chosen on purpose – a symbol for future-oriented young and innovate ideas and entrepreneurs who perfectly connect to our Lufthansa City Center mindset,” said Siiri Palisaar, senior director sales steering.

The event is supported by Go Vilnius, the city’s official tourism and investment development agency, and Lithuania Travel, the national tourism development agency. https://www.govilnius.lt/homepage
