More than 100 property agents are set to leave KW Singapore, reported the Straits Times on Thursday evening (5 Feb), as fallout from the PropertyLimBrothers (PLB) saga continues.
Melvin Lim, a co-founder of KW Singapore and PLB, stepped down from his roles at both agencies last week following public scrutiny over his personal conduct with Grayce Tan, who also stepped down from senior roles at the same two companies.
KW Singapore is a franchise of US-based real estate agency Keller Williams.
ST, citing sources, said that close to 100 agents are set to leave KW Singapore including top agent Rayne Chua. She confirmed with the newspaper that her next role is at ERA Singapore, although it was not reported how many other KW agents will join her at ERA. Chua told ST she was “looking for an organisation that genuinely invests in people”.
