LEGO has officially unveiled the first UCS set of 2026 with 75442 UCS Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter zooming into your collection on 1 May 2026.

Just in time for the premiere of The Mandalorian & Grogu movie on 22 May, Star Wars fans will be delighted with a UCS-scale model of Mando’s modified Naboo Starfighter, complete with a heavy helping of chromed silver elements.

75442 UCS Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter will be released on 1 May 2026 via Insiders Early Access (free to register) exclusively from LEGO.com or your local LEGO Store.

Fans who purchase 75442 UCS Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter at launch will also receive 5010320 The Mandalorian and Grogu Display as an exclusive GWP between 1-6 May 2026 while stocks last. From 1 May, LEGO Insiders can redeem an exclusive The Mandalorian and Grogu Metal Card for 2,500 points.

Additionally, LEGO have also unveiled May the 4th promo, 40917 The Darksaber, which will be a free gift with purchase (GWP) when you spend US$160 / AU$270 / €160 / £145 on LEGO Star Wars sets between 1-6 May 2026 on LEGO.com or your local LEGO Store, while stocks last. One of the highlights of 75442 UCS Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter is the generous number of silver drum-lacquered elements to reflect the Naboo Starfighter’s sleek silvery look.

The LEGO N-1’s Starfighter dimensions measure over 7.5 in. (19 cm) high, 17.5 in. (44 cm) long and 15.5 in. (39 cm) wide.

The set also comes with a Mandalorian and Grogu minifigure, as well as a printed UCS plaque.

Overall, I think 75442 UCS Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter is a pretty solid UCS set, and one that makes a lot of sense with The Mandalorian and Grogu hitting the silver screen shortly after. For many LEGO Star Wars fans, it’s been a long-time coming to get an updated UCS Naboo Starfighter set, with the last one being 24 years ago.

The drum-lacquered silver elements are a really nice touch, and really make this standout amongst a see of grey UCS models, especially when on display and the light hits it just right.

It does feel a little pricey, when you look at it straight from a price per piece perspective. US$250 / AU$430 / £230 does feel a little more than what you’d expect for a 1,800-piece UCS model, especially with the lack of a truly exclusive minifigure, or any other accoutrements.
