(“Zenith” or the “Company”) (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA; XSAT:ZENASDR), the listed international energy production and development company, ispleased to announce that it has repaid in full the Zenith Energy Ltd EuroMediumTerm Note (ISIN: XS2736390472) listed on the Vienna MTF of the Vienna StockExchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, for an amount of EUR 50,000.00, aswell paying a final coupon payment of EUR 3,656.25, for a total amount paid ofEUR 53,656.25.
