THE Gilas Pilipinas 3×3 women’s squad is out to live the dream and, stun the world, if the stars align.
Buoyed by a historic silver medal finish in the Asia Cup and a riveting finish in the qualifiers, the Pinay belles launch their drive against Latvia and Germany tonight in the FIBA 3×3 World Cup in Warsaw, Poland.
Tip-off for their clash with the Latvians is set for 6:55 p.m. and against the Germans at 8:45 p.m. in Group C play as Gilas 3×3 women make their return to the half-court game’s biggest stage since 2018, when the country hosted the joust at the cavernous Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan.
