Television footage showed the 34-year-old midfielder clutching his chest with both hands in an off-the-ball action in the 65th minute of Denmark\u2019s international friendly against Ukraine at Nature Energy Park in Odense, Denmark<\/a>.In the next television image shown, Erikson was lying on his back on the ground, surrounded by worried-looking players. Ukraine\u2019s<\/a> coaching staff were seen waving medical staff on to the field.<\/p>\n Within minutes, the Danish football federation sent a post on social media saying Eriksen was \u201cconscious and, under the circumstances, doing well\u201d.<\/p>\n A fuller statement by the federation came 10 minutes later, with Denmark team doctor Morten Boesen saying: \u201cChristian is doing well and walked off the pitch by himself.
